I bring a commitment to counseling adults, couples, families, adolescents, and children who have been impacted by: trauma, neglect, and abandonment; depression, anxiety and low self-esteem; family of origin issues; and divorce and other life transitions. I began my counseling career after fifteen years of successful practice as an RN in various hospital pediatric and NICU settings. As a psychotherapist, I bring in real-life experience, extensive education, and a Christian worldview to assist clients in moving forward and resolving their issues. I have been Level II trained in EMDR since 1993. I have a broad experience of teaching, training, and speaking both internationally and in the US. I have been married to my husband since 1978 and have two adult children.
